Television Advertising costs change depending on what time of day your advert runs. This is due to the size of audience and their profile.

The following is a rough breakdown of time slots:

  • Breakfast
  • Daytime
  • Early Peak
  • Late Peak
  • Night Time
  • 0600-0930
  • 0930-1730
  • 1730-2000
  • 2000-2300
  • 2300-Close

If we re-order these into how much it costs to advertise at these particular times, they look like this:

The difference between advertising in the Late Peak can be more than eight times as expensive as advertising in a Daytime slot.
